20. Diem Brown: Real World/Roadrules Challenge

Diem Brown first came to our attention when she appeared on Real World/Road Rules Challenge. She was a very strong competitor, especially known for her good looks! Diem went through a very public battle with cancer, beating it and going on to pursue her dream career in Television Hosting. Diem can currently be seen on upcoming season of MTV’s The Gauntlet and another Real World/Road Rules Challenge!

19. New York- Tiffany Patterson: Flavor of Love 2

Tiffany Patterson, better known as “New York” from Flavor of Love 2 and her own show, I Love New York, is a no crap kind of lady. New York always says what’s on her mind, even if it gets her into trouble. She is definetly one of those girls that you look at and think, “why is she famous again”? But I have to say I don’t care. There is something undeniably endearing about this lady! We can only hope she misses out on love again, so we can check her out on another season of I Love New York!

18. Denise Richards: Denise Richards: It’s Complicated

Denise Richards became a sex symbol in the 1990′s after roles in films like, The World is Not Enough, Starship Troopeers and Wild Things. She just recently had a go at reality TV after starring in her own show, Denise Richards: It’s Complicated. Although her show didn’t get renewed, you can bet you can still be a witness to the never ending drama in this ladies life. Richards has been a sex symbol for nearly 20 years, and I have to say, she’s still looking hot!

17. Audrina Patridge: The Hills

Affectionately called “ceiling eyes” by some, Audrina Patridge shot to fame on the hit MTV show, ‘The Hills’. Known for her romance with boys (the infamous Justin Bobby) and her eye-rolling antics, Audrina always keeps the other ladies of The Hills on their toes. Audrina has also acted in some films, most recently in the horror film, Sorority Row. In the winter, Audrina will be getting her own show on MTV.

The dancer’s on Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance might not always have talent, but there is one thing you can count on. If you turn on that show, you’ll see Cat Deeley, the show’s stunning host in a mini dress. Known for her legs that seem to go on for miles, Cat is one of America’s best imports. (Originally from England) You can check her out on the 6th season of SYTYCD, which is currently airing on Fox!

15. Katharine McPhee: American Idol

American Idol has shot several beautiful ladies to fame. Season 5 runner up Katharine McPhee has stayed hot even after the show! McPhee, who has had a semi-successful singing career, might not have the best voice in the world, but she is hot, and there is no denying that. McPhee is currently preparing to release her upcoming album, Unbroken, in October of 2009.

14. Lacey Schwimmer: So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing With The Stars

Lacey Schwimmer got her start on So You Think You Can Dance before moving over to dance on Dancing with the Stars. With her latin inspired dance moves, there isn’t a guy out there who doesn’t like to watch her hips shake!

I’m not a big fan of needles. But if Kat Von D was inking me up, I think I’d be alright with it. She’s strong, independent, and of course hot, making her one of the most desireable women in Reality Television.

When Leonna Lewis won Britain’s The X Factor, no one knew how she would catapult to fame in the States. Well, maybe Simon Cowell. Not only is Leonna one of the most beautiful singers out right now, she has an amazing voice. Her Mariah Carey-esque vocals have proved that she has what the boys want. And that is a girl with brains, beauty and talent!
